Agog solution: From analysing the data, we were able to validate the entrepreneur's concerns and provide three actionable recommendations to both reduce shipping costs and improve the customer's experience. As the core focus of the business model was centred around product, our recommendations ensured shipping costs were passed onto customers in the fairest way (introduction of dynamic shipping prices based on distance from warehouse), and that going forward, free shipping should be used as a powerful promotional tool to encourage increased customer basket sizes.
